Q: Do you assemble the equipment?

A: The short answer is no, our drivers are not allowed to assemble any form of equipment for yourself. The main reason for this is down to insurance purposes, for example if we put a scaffold tower up and you fall off, it would leave us liable. 

Q: How hard are the scaffold towers to assemble?

A: The towers are actually quite simple to assemble, requiring no tools or training to put together. A small sized tower could take anywhere from 5-20 minutes depending on experience and obviously the bigger the tower the more time it'll take. Q: Why are your prices so much cheaper than other companies? What's the catch?

A: Our prices are some of (if not) the cheapest in the industry as we aim to provide low cost access solutions to everyone in the UK. There are no hidden costs or catches, our hires are a simple upfront payment for the hire, delivery and VAT. 

Q: Is there any deposit on the equipment I hire?

A: We require no deposit at all on any of our equipment, we just take an upfront payment for the hire.

Q: Do we hire to the general public or just to trade customers?

A: We hire to anybody who requires equipment regardless or whether you use it regularly or it's just for a one off job on your own home. Account facilities are available for trade customers upon request.

Q: Do I need any qualifications to hire something?

A: There are no qualifications required to hire the equipment, however if you're working on a site you should always check the legislation on whether they require you to have any certificates to work on site.

Q: How can I pay for my hire?

A: There are a few ways you can pay for the hire, first of all is here on the website. We offer PayPal as a payment method on the website, however if you don't have a PayPal account that's fine as you can checkout as a guest and pay by card. If you'd rather pay over the phone on a card that is also accepted, you can find our contact information here. If you'd prefer to do a bank transfer that is also no problem and can be arranged over the phone at any time. We would need a payment before the delivery of your equipment otherwise the hire would be cancelled.
