Our range of branches cover England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland which allows us to offer next day delivery on almost all of our orders. Delivery & Collection is £12.50 each way across the majority of the UK, places such as highland Scotland may be subject to higher transport charges.

Our deliveries are usually in the morning between 8AM and 12PM, however one of our team will contact you or a site contact early in the morning when we get told by the local depot a rough ETA for your delivery. 

If you have ordered equipment and no longer require it when we've tried to deliver, we can offer a refund however you will be charged a £12.50 abortive delivery fee.

As well as next day delivery, we also try our hardest to make sure your equipment is collected the day after you request it to be collected.

Collections do tend to take place in the afternoon between 12PM and 4PM due to the fact that our drivers load thier wagons up on the morning with the deliveries for that day and then fill it back up on the afternoon with the collections to take back to the depot.

Our hires are initially a 1-7 day hire so if you'd like to get the equipment picked up before the 7 days are up that's not a problem. Subsequently there would be no refund available for an early off hire.

The day before your hire is due to expire, one of our team will contact you as a courtesy to see if you'd like to off hire the equipment or if you need it for further hire. However, if we cannot reach you on that day the equipment will be off hired for collection in the following few days to stop any further charges.

If we go to site to collect equipment and it is either still erected or still in use, it will be classed as a failed collection and you will be charged a £12.50 abortive fee.

Please be aware the equipment is still your responsibility until it is collected, collections can take a few days on rare occasions if your local depot has issues or are extremley busy.
